After the email is received, send me the video of your throw. Videos can be sent in an email attachment or link to your YouTube or Instagram post.
I will respond within 48 hours with a critique of your throw.
You will receive via your email a link to a YouTube video analysis of your throw. I will give corrections and cues for you to apply to your technique as well as technical model suggestions.
