In Person Strength Training

  • First Time Consultation: FREE
  • 1 on 1 Training: 3x per week personal coaching, $20 per session
  • Group Training Session: 2-4 lifters, 3x a week training sessions: TBD
  • Cash only
  • REQUIREMENT: Weightlifting shoes. This is for stability and safety during exercise.
  • Lifters will first be taught the 5 basic lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Press, Bench Press, and Power Clean(depending on age and ability). As the lifter progresses other exercises will be added as seen fit depending on age, skill level, and chosen sport. Other lifts include the Olympic lifts and their variants, loaded carries, squat variations, and deadlift variations.
  • Programs will be suited to fit the athletes goals, chosen sport, level of strength adaptation, and age.
  • Sessions last 60-90min
  • Available to clients that live in the Central Illinois area

In Person Throws Coaching

  • Coaching Shot Put and Discus Throw
  • In Person Coaching 1 on 1: Shot Put and/or Discus throw: $20
